To place an order for your first box, click on "GET STARTED" at the top right corner of the homepage. You will then be able to build your box by selecting your box size and filling it from our wide variety of smoothies, chia bowls, oat bowls and our delicious super bites! Once you're set on your items, you can click the checkout button that is prompted once your box is full. Fill in your information, email address, shipping address. Click Place Order and you're all set!

Once the order is placed it take 2-5 business days to get it delivered.

We deliver frozen ingredients in a cup/bowl mentioned in the ingredients tab of each products. Store cups, bowls in *deep freezer*. We recommend to consume with in 2 months after the delivery.

To make sure your items stay frozen in transit, each box is insulated and packed with just enough of dry ice. Even during summer days, our team adds the right amount of dry ice to make sure your box can last frozen in transit.

Nope! Our packages are packed with enough dry ice to remain frozen. You do not need to be home to accept it! but More Often food is perishable, so it's important to get your items into a freezer ASAP after delivery.

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

The frozen ingredients that goes inside the cups ranges between 180 – 230 gms based on the flavours. Once these smoothies are blended by adding your preferred liquid then you get around 350 – 400 ml of smoothie.

The frozen ingredient inside these bowls weighs between 130-150 gms. Once you make them by adding your preferred milk then the quantity is between 250-300 gms.

To get rid of your dry ice, place the insulated bag (with the dry ice still inside) in a well-ventilated area until any remaining ice has disappeared (usually 24 hours or so after delivery). Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach of children and animals (PLEASE don't touch the dry ice!), and don't place it on any tiled or solid surfaces (like in a sink), as it can cause severe damage.
